NMFA Board of Directors

Governor Richardson has appointed Stephen R. Flance of Santa Fe, New Mexico to serve as Chairman.

12 member board - 10 appointed by Governor:

1. State Investment Officer;

2. Secretary of Finance and Administration;

3. Secretary of Economic Development,

4. Secretary of Energy, Minerals and Natural Resources;

5. Secretary of Environment;

6. Executive Director of the NM Municipal League;

7. Executive Director of the NM Association of Counties;

8. Chief Financial Officer of a state higher educational institution; and

9. Four members who are residents of the state.

The appointed members shall serve at the pleasure of the Governor. The appointed members of the NMFA shall be appointed to four-year terms.
